Franco Pellizotti finished fourth in yesterday's stage to Agrigento and takes over the pink jersey by one second! "I won't hide the fact that my intention is to arrive in Milan with this jersey. The team is very motivated and we want to honor this Tour of Italy. Personally though, I want to show to the others and even to myself that I am going truly well," commented Pelli after the stage.

Liquigas Takes The Double At Coppi e Bartali
Team Liquigas continued its winning ways at the Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali in Italy this week. After his stage win at Tirreno-Adriatico, Francesco Chicchi took the race's first stage sprint finish in Riccione, beating Mattia Gavazzi and Danilo Napolitano. Later that same afternoon, Team Liquigas flew their Cannondale Slices to victory in the team time trail.
