Green Mountain Cyclocross
Jamie Driscoll has stepped up from Fiordifrutta to the Cannondale/CyclocrossWorld.com squad for the 2008 cross season, but he is still out there racing with his Fiordifrutta friends on his Cannondale. Josh Dillon wrote the following reports and has a great pic on cyclingnews.com Toby Marzot picked up a pair of podium finishes in the U23 classification and is off to a great start in the cross season.

U25 Tour of Pennsylvania
Fiordifrutta assembled a young, but strong and well-rounded team for the U25 Tour of Pennsylvania: Eric Schildge, Toby Marzot, Josh Lipka, Jamey Driscoll, Hayden Brooks, and myself. Along for support were Curt Davis, John Gable, and Cassie AKA Marcy Brooks.

Gaimon 2nd at Connecticut Coast Criterium, June 1
I attacked early and got a break of 5 established. A couple groups came across, and soon we were 11, with 4 Target Training and 5 guys sitting on. I snagged 2 of the 4 primes, and it made Target want to get rid of me before the finish, so they started attacking. I would let them go, and then bridge across since no one wanted to help me work. Inevitably the whole group would claw back on.

Schildge 5th at Battenkill Roubaix, April 19th
Today, Fiordifrutta lined up with a strong team of ten riders; Steve, Toby, Roz, Lipka, Josh, Jamey, Hayden, Cory, Whitey, and I. Before the race we met together to discuss our tactics for the day. It was decided that the team would race aggressively at the beginning so as to not miss the early breakaway. My job was to stay attentive, so as to not miss any major splits in the field, but to keep my nose out of the wind so I would be fresh if it came down to a sprint finish.

Schildge Wins Marblehead Season Opener, March 30th
Fiordifrutta arrived at the start line of the Michael Schott Memorial Circuit Race (Marblehead), with a strong team of eight riders. Representing the team was Josh Dillon, Josh Lipka, Matt White, Toby Marzot, Jamey Driscoll, Chris Rozdilsky, Will Riffelmacher, and me. After a quick pre-race meeting, we headed over to the start. The temperature and winds made for a frigid start, and we were all bundled up tight; with the exception of Lipka who was after a suntan in shorts and a jersey.
